YANA of Newport – Clubhouse Guidelines
To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all, please follow these guidelines when using the YANA facility:
- Substance-Free Zone:
The use or possession of alcohol or drugs anywhere on the premises is strictly prohibited. - Smoking Policy:
YANA is a smoke-free facility, including entrances and walkways. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area of the parking lot. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided receptacle. - Respectful Conduct:
Behavior that disrupts or harms the peaceful use of the facility is not allowed. All conduct is subject to review by the Board of Directors. - No Gambling:
Gambling in any form is not allowed on YANA premises. - Soliciting & Panhandling:
Solicitation and panhandling are strictly prohibited. - Children:
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the building. - Animals:
Only leashed service animals are allowed inside. Pets are not permitted. - Dress Code:
For everyone’s comfort and safety, shirts and shoes are required at all times. - Shared Responsibility:
All members and guests are encouraged to help keep YANA clean. Please dispose of trash properly, and use the appropriate bins for recycling clean plastics, cans, paper, and cardboard.
