A Community Resource for Recovery

At YANA of Newport, our Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings provide a safe, supportive space for individuals seeking freedom from alcohol addiction. Rooted in the Twelve Steps, AA encourages open sharing, mutual support, and spiritual growth. Whether you’re new to sobriety or have been on the path for years, our meetings offer a welcoming community where you’re never alone. We host a variety of AA meeting formats, including discussion meetings, Big Book and literature-based meetings, and meditation-based gatherings.

Our AA meetings are open to anyone with a desire to stop drinking. Held in-person and via Zoom, they are accessible to all, regardless of schedule or location. With consistent daily and weekly meeting times, YANA serves as a trusted recovery hub for the greater Newport community. Come as you are—there’s no pressure, no judgment, just the chance to connect and heal with others who understand.
